Corning Lions Welcome 3 New Members
We are proud to welcome 3 new members to our club. Dawn Smith, Brian Hefler and Jackie Hefler were sponsored by Linda Conway. We are looking forward to working along side these new Lions.

A Sad Day For The Corning Lions
It is a sad time for the Corning Lions. Our good friend and dedicated Lion A.J. Sears passed away unexpectedly on February 20, 2012. A.J has been a Lion for many years. He has particularly distinguished himself by leading the sales of 400 Club tickets year after year. For this effort he earned the Presidential Certificate of Appreciation. A.J. will be missed by all who knew him. Our thoughts and prayers are with A.J.'s wife Sue and the rest of his family.

"Murder On The Titanic" Dinner Theater Tickets Are Now Available
Tickets for the "Murder On The Titanic" dinner theater on April 15 at 4 PM are now on sale. The cost for a multi course dinner based on the last meal aboard the Titanic and the play is $35 per person which includes tax and gratuity. Salvation Army 2011 a Huge Success
The Corning Lions Club raised over $9,500 for Salvation Army tonight at its Annual Salvation Army Night Member Auction. The members bring in gifts - some gag gifts some "good" gifts and auction them off to themselves. Funds go to Salvation Army. There were 28 Lions and guest present. The $9,500 is a club record for this project that has been going on for more than 25 years.

New Corning Lions Members
The Corning Lions approved 2 new members at the last meeting. We are proud to welcome Nevina and Jason Hurley to our pride. Be sure to say hello at our next meeting.

82nd Annual Football Banquet A Great Success
The 82nd Annual Football Banquet was held on November 16. It was a tremendous success. A great time was had by everyone present. Check out "News and Events" and our Face Book page for pictures. Thanks go out to Committee Chair Jim Dugan and the rest of the committee for a super job. Congratulations to Nicole Lisi as Outstanding Cheerleader, Zach Moore as Outstanding Defensive Player, and Brandon Griffin as Outstanding Offensive Player.
